In the first month, Bella reaches out to past clients who haven't been in for a while, personally and spaced out, using their last treatment and provider. After that she keeps watch so fewer clients go quiet in the first place.
It depends on the treatment. Someone on a four to six week facial rhythm is lapsing at three months. For injectables it is closer to six.
Try without one first. Most lapsed clients were never unhappy. A personal message with a real time is usually enough.
Book a meeting and we'll show you how Bella brings them back.
