Is the back office included in every plan?
It's included when Bella runs your book. If you keep your own booking software, Bella works alongside it and your current checkout, payroll and inventory stay exactly as they are.
Why does it need Bella to run the book?
Payroll and checkout are built from the appointment book. Commission comes from the appointments each provider did, and every checkout ticket is tied to an appointment. When your book lives in another system, those numbers live there too.
Does Bella take payments over the phone?
No. Bella never takes card details or deposits by phone. Checkout happens at your front desk, in the back office.
What happens to my client history?
Your client list comes with you during setup, so Bella knows who's due, who's lapsing and who to win back from day one.
Is client information protected?
HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant. Documentation available on request.
