Ticket history is the record of every sale closed in Checkout. Search it by client, service, provider or invoice number, set any date range, and see how many of each service you sold and at what average price.

Above the list, the window you chose is added up.
Each one shows its lines, who did each service, how it was paid and its invoice number. Download the invoice again, or, as the owner, reopen the ticket to correct it.
Voided tickets are hidden until you choose to show them, and they are never deleted. Sales brought over from your old system appear in the history too, and are left out of payroll because they weren't rung here.
