Reactivation campaigns

Bring past clients back without a blast.

Every clinic has a list of clients who loved their treatment and never came back, mostly because nobody asked. Bella reaches out to them one by one, in your clinic's voice, and books the ones who reply.

In short

A reactivation campaign is a set of personal messages to clients who haven't visited in a while. Bella runs one across your existing client list in your first month, by text and, where it fits, by call. Each message uses the client's name, last treatment and provider, and every reply is answered and booked. After month one, she keeps going, timed to each treatment.

In detail

How it works, part by part.

Month one: a win-back across your list

Every new clinic starts with a campaign across its existing client list. Your client list comes with you during setup, so the first messages go to the clients who matter most.

  • Bella reaches out to past clients who haven't been in for a while, by text and, where it fits, by call.
  • Each message uses the client's name, her last treatment and her provider.
  • Messages are spaced out over time, not sent all at once.
  • When someone replies, Bella answers and books the time.

After month one: timed to each treatment

Different treatments come due at different times, so a Botox client and a facial client hear from you at different moments.

  • Injectables around every 3 to 4 months.
  • Facials every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Series treatments, such as laser, on their schedule.
  • Your clinic sets its own windows, and Bella follows them.

Personal, not a blast

A message that says "20% off, this week only" to everyone teaches clients to wait for sales. Bella's messages sound like your front desk checking in: a name, the last visit, the provider and an easy way to book. They keep to scheduling and never discuss clinical details.

Who hears from Bella, and who never does

Messages go to people on your client list. Every text includes a clear way to opt out, and anyone who opts out never hears from Bella again. Texting past clients is marketing and both the US and Canada regulate it, so read the consent basics in our reactivation guide, linked at the bottom of this page.

What you see

Every client sits in a retention pipeline: recently visited, due, lapsing, win-back, contacted and rebooked. Clients who rebook are counted as recovered revenue, so you can see what the follow-up earned.

Starting

Texting switches on once the phone carriers approve your number, usually one to two weeks after setup, so the month-one campaign begins when texting does.

What it doesn't do

We don't publish win-back numbers yet. When we have a measured result, it will appear with its source and date. Bella never offers medical advice in a campaign message, and anyone who opts out is not messaged again.

Questions about reactivation campaigns

What is a med spa reactivation campaign?

It is a set of personal messages to clients who haven't visited in a while, inviting them to book again. Bella runs one across your client list in your first month and keeps outreach going afterward.

Is it the same as a promotional blast?

No. Each message is written for one client, with her name, her last treatment and her provider, and it is spaced out over time. It is a check-in, not a sale announcement.

Do clients have to agree to be texted?

Texting past clients is marketing, and both the US and Canada regulate it. Our reactivation guide covers the basics, and every message from Bella includes a clear opt-out. Rules vary by state and province, so check what applies to you.

What do I need to give you?

Your client list, which comes over during setup, plus the windows you use for each treatment, such as how long after Botox you like to reach out.

When does the first campaign start?

In your first month. Texting turns on once the phone carriers approve your number, usually one to two weeks after setup, so the campaign starts then.

Will it work for an esthetician working alone?

Yes. A smaller list works the same way: each client is messaged when she's due, and Bella books the replies while you are with someone else.

Is client information protected?

HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant. Documentation available on request.

Your next bookings are already in your client list.

Book a meeting and we'll show you how Bella brings them back.
