Why isn't there a price list?
Because two clinics rarely need the same thing. A solo esthetician and a busy multi-provider med spa get very different call volumes. We size your plan to your clinic in one meeting, then give you a clear monthly number.
What sizes my plan?
Mainly how many calls and texts your clinic gets and how big your team is, plus whether you keep your booking software or let Bella run your book.
Do I have to switch booking software?
No. Bella works alongside most booking systems, and we confirm yours before setup. If you'd rather let Bella run your book, the back office comes with it.
Is the back office in every plan?
The back office (checkout, payroll, inventory, staff and services, ticket history, waitlist) is included when Bella runs your book. If you keep your own booking software, your checkout and payroll stay exactly as they are today.
Can Bella take payments or deposits by phone?
No. Bella never takes card details over the phone. If your clinic takes deposits, she explains your policy and your usual process handles it.
