Text to regulars
Hi [Name], a quick heads up from [Clinic]: our prices are changing on [date]. Anything you book before then stays at today's price. Want me to hold your usual spot? Reply STOP to opt out.
Tell them once, in writing, at least 30 days ahead. Give the date, the reason in a sentence and a chance to book at the current price. Skip the apology.
Replace the parts in [brackets] with your own details.

Subject: Our prices from [date] Hi [Name], From [date], some of our prices are going up. It's the first change since [year], and it lets us keep [what stays: the same providers, longer appointments, the products you love]. Anything booked before [date] stays at the current price. You can book here: [link]. Thank you for being one of our regulars. [Your name]
I understand, and thank you for telling me. The new prices let us keep [what stays]. Your next visit is still at the current price if we book it before [date]. Shall I do that?
When your menu or prices change, you tell us and Bella is updated, so every caller hears the new price from the right date and nobody at the desk quotes the old one.
Thirty days is a fair minimum. More for clients partway through a series, who should finish at the price they started on.
One sentence is plenty. Clients who value you mostly want to know when it starts and whether their next visit is affected.
Book a meeting and we'll show you how Bella brings them back.
