June text
Hi [Name], it's [Clinic]. Traveling this summer? Tell me your dates and I'll fit you in before you go and hold a time for when you're back. Reply STOP to opt out.
Summer is when regulars travel and routines slip. Plan around their calendar: before a trip, after a trip, and the quiet weekdays in between.
A message in June asking who is traveling, and booking them before they leave.
A visit held for the week they return, booked before the trip.
Early mornings, for people who want the rest of the day outside.
A small extra on your quietest weekday afternoons.
An SPF chosen by the provider, with a card on how to use it.
A thank you for teachers, who finally have weekday time.
For treatments your providers prefer to begin in a certain season, book the plan while the calendar is open.
Rules differ by place. In Canada, advertising a prescription treatment by name is restricted, and some provinces, including Alberta, restrict discounts, gift certificates and prizes for treatments. Check with your regulator before you run an offer.

Bella keeps each client's last visit and usual timing on record, so she knows who is drifting over the summer and checks in when they are due, with their own provider's openings.
Travel, school holidays and time outdoors break the routine. Clients don't leave. They skip a visit, and nobody brings them back.
That depends on your menu and your providers' advice. What works everywhere is making the visit easy to fit around a trip.
Book a meeting and we'll show you how Bella brings them back.
