In the room, by the provider
Your skin will be ready for the next one in about [weeks] weeks. That's around [date]. I have [day] at [time], same as today. Shall I hold it for you?
Ask in the room, name a date and assume yes. "When would you like to come back?" gets "I'll call you". "Your next one is due around the 14th. I have Thursday at 4. Shall I hold it?" gets a booking.
Replace the parts in [brackets] with your own details.

[Provider] would like to see you again around [date]. I have [time 1] or [time 2]. Which is better? You can always move it.
Hi [Name], it's [Clinic]. You mentioned you'd book your next [treatment] once you'd checked your calendar. [Provider] has [day] at [time]. Want me to hold it? Reply STOP to opt out.
Bella knows each treatment's rhythm and each client's last visit. When someone leaves without rebooking, she checks in at the right time with their own provider's openings, and every client who comes back is counted in your dashboard.
It varies by treatment, so compare yourself with last quarter. The number to watch is how many clients leave with their next visit already in the calendar.
The provider sets the timing in the room. The desk books it. When the desk asks cold, it sounds like a sales question.
Book a meeting and we'll show you how Bella brings them back.
