Ideas

Esthetician Instagram bio ideas that get you booked.

Four lines: what you do, who it's for, where you are and how to book. A stranger should know all four in three seconds.

The list

The four lines, and what goes in each

  1. 01

    Line 1: what you do

"Licensed esthetician" plus your specialty. "Acne and barrier repair" beats "skincare lover".

  2. 02

    Line 2: who it's for

The client you want more of: "for sensitive, reactive skin", "for busy women who want a plan".

  3. 03

    Line 3: where and when

Your neighborhood or town and "by appointment only" if that's true.

  4. 04

    Line 4: how to book

One instruction: "Book below" or "Message me to book". Not both and three others.

  5. 05

    The name field

It's searchable. Put "Esthetician" and your specialty there, not just your name.

  6. 06

    The link

One link, straight to booking. Every extra tap loses people.

  7. 07

    Highlights

Start here, Prices, Policies, Reviews. The four things a new client looks for.

Do

  • Say what you do in the first three words.
  • Use the name field for what people search.
  • Send the link straight to booking.

Don't

  • Don't fill it with emojis and a quote.
  • Don't list every service. Name the one you want more of.
  • Don't send people to a page of ten links.
Bella, the AI agent at the front desk
Or let Bella do it

How Bella handles this for you.

A bio that says "message me to book" only works if someone answers. Bella replies to Instagram DMs in seconds, day or night, and books the appointment while you're with a client.

Questions owners ask

What should an esthetician put in an Instagram bio?

What you do, who it's for, where you are and how to book. In that order.

Should I put prices in my bio?

Not in the bio. Put them in a highlight called Prices, where the people who want them will look.
