The weekly digest
Every Monday you get a performance summary of the week before. It is short enough to read between clients, and every number in it opens up in the portal.
You are in the treatment room, not at a screen. So the numbers come to you: a short email on Monday, a fuller one each month, and a warning before you reach your plan's limit.
Last week Bella answered 74 calls, handled 41 text conversations and booked 33 appointments, 12 of them after hours.
Open your portalBella sends three kinds of email: a weekly digest every Monday with the week's performance, a monthly recap with the milestones you reached, and usage alerts when you have used 50, 80 and 100 percent of your plan. Each one can be switched on or off.

Once a month you get a detailed report with the milestones you reached, such as your hundredth appointment booked by Bella. It is the one to forward to a partner or a manager.
Your plan covers a set amount of Bella's time. You are told at 50, 80 and 100 percent, so a busy month never surprises you on the invoice.
The dashboard has an Export button beside the date range. Pick the period, then export it for your own records or your accountant.
