Every line on a menu needs five things: the name in plain words, what it is for, how long it takes, how it is priced and who does it. If one is missing, someone has to call to ask.

Your menu is the first thing we build Bella from: treatments, prices, lengths and which provider does what. When it changes, you tell us and she is updated, so every caller hears the current version.
Clinics do it both ways. If you don't list the number, list how it is priced, such as per unit or per area, and what a consult costs. That answers most price calls.
As few as honestly describe what you do. Group them the way a client thinks, and put the three you most want to be known for first.
Call and interview her the way you'd interview a front desk hire. Ask how she handles an after-hours caller, a price question or a reschedule. Then she'll book you a time with our team.
